kythe5 лет назад#3345688thanks on the note regarding my last blog, lol, though that link you sent me is quite long :))

You can post the exact text you had on the blog post there someone will reply. You can also use the links on the first page to scout some out. There's a search option for the thread to find feed back for some shops as well as some proxies have their own feed back thread in the club forum.

kythe6 лет назад#2259545Hello citrus-san, I like to ask as to where you bought the desk mat (the gundam one) which you gave to Keripo-san. I saw it on his june 2014 loot entry and I like to get one. It looks quite cool. According to Keripo-san, you were the one who got it. Hope you can answer soon and thank you :)
Hello! I got the mats for Keripo and me from Taobao item.taobao.com.... If you don't want to mess with proxies, you can find all three colors on eBay www.ebay.com/sc.... Their prices are quite good, about the same as going through a proxy. The mats' quality is very nice, by the way! The edges are wrapped and stitched, so they won't fray as easily, and it feels a good bit sturdier than your typical playmats.

Edited the post :)

As for your suggestion, Im rather hesitant to throw everything away incase of sales but I was thinking, for the spare parts, is putting them in small organizer cases and mark them accordingly. The plastic blisters are my current concern at the moment because like my Belldandy figure, I have no clue how on earth I will store it while having belldandy on display.

Thanks for your suggestion

for me, i only keep boxes for fragile figures that i know if i had to move would break without a box. things like nendoroids/figmas/very sturdy scaled figures i don't keep boxes for, when i move i just carefully wrap them up in clothing and put them in a box together
if a figure has a lot of fragile parts, i keep the box. but of course, this really only needs to apply when you have 100+ figures as you could easily just store the boxes neatly in a closet since you don't have enough for them to really clutter anything

Yes, did notice it now thanks for all your comments.

For your suggestion, yeah, the plastic blisters are a problem. I could fold the boxes and store it somewhere but those blisters are a problem. As far as using a cardboard box, may use a plastic version instead because there are some household pests that may feast on it. My problem with using boxes, they may not fit the boxes for my big figures like Belldandy and Deep Sea Miku

Milady-Alluca6 лет назад#2208198Your article asking for advice on box storage seems to have comments disabled? I figured I'd just toss a quick suggestion here, if you will have closet space, see if you can get a shelf up in the closet. Then figure out how large of a brown cardboard box you can stick up there, or rather how many boxes like that you can stack. Then fill those boxes with your figure boxes as tightly and compactly as possible. Then just stack them up on that shelf.
There is also the option of tossing out the plastic blisters and then unfolding the boxes and folding them flat, but that can be a hefty decision since those blisters are important for keeping figures safe and the like during moving or sales (and I think without blisters it makes it worth a bit less in a sale similar to box damage).
