TOM, Crunchyroll and most US retailers generally have a month or two delay between the actual release date and when they ship them. I believe it's because they ship to their local warehouses first and then ship locally to the individual. You might have to wait a while before TOM notifies you.

i agree the new chan pics don’t look as good as the proto :( and i’ve seen quite a few user pics on hpoi and it seems like the final product is what the recent chan pics are. the wings look off to me and the bracelets are squished together D: still stunning overall but i’m a little disappointed
