they did the same for me as well, i think they want you to pick another shipping method, i haven't gotten any reply from amiami yet as to why the refund was given but its my best assumption

I ordered through TOM but I haven't gotten mine yet, but TOM usually gets their figures in 2 months after because of an industry reason (?) I believe. Aka why release date is Jan 2021 for us.

I think by end of Jan and they haven't said anything regarding what's going on with him/if he's a figure affected by shipping delays I'll probably send them an email.

Just received him today, he's really really cool ! 100% like the pictures of him !
He wasn't difficult to assemble, i don't even know how people can have problem to put his staff or put him into his base because it was as fast has other figures i have. He fit on the base perfectly, i just have to push it a little (like a lot of new figure).
BUT, yeah, his hairs are dangerous ! xD
He has like 0 paint or color's problem, too perfect.

He is a must have for Merlin or FGO's fan. :)

(the shipping was really long though, because i've preorder him with Nin-Nin Game month ago, but with the holidays and lot of other problems (shipping with Amazon France lol).. that was sad. But at least i didn't even paid extra shipping for him and 0 taxes with passing by Amazon France.. this is too good !)

Getting him out of the box was a bit of a pain due to the metal wires holding the plastic together (I didn't want to cut them since I like to keep all the packaging fully intact) and I poked and scratched myself on his hair and accessories a couple of times while assembling him lmao but he's so beautiful set up.
I just can't get his feet to fit on the pegs properly. I don't want to push him down with any more force, I'd surely break something in the process...

Yeah the pegs on mine won't fit either... His left foot is hovering 1cm above the base but the peg is already completly inside. I thought about writing AmiAmi but they probably won't do anything...

If anyone is willing to sell the staff separately, PM me pls!
