May I ask what is the purpose of voting? It seems like they are still going to make Cell even though Goku won? Sorry I am new to this system
Sorry for the late reply, I'm not on as often. No problem about asking! Yes, you are right, all of the entries do get made! The voting is for the prize money, champion/reputation title, and for the winners to do special additional sculpts for scultures.

No problem. For this ballot you're only allowed to vote one pair of sculptures (by clicking the red button below each pairs' photo. A window/tab would pop up and instruct you to submit your vote by signing on to either your Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or through their Banpresto registered account (by clicking 'バンプレナビ登録はこちら'). Select which option one you want to sign into and it'll redirect you.
