(I'm foremost posting this blog to share something personal and dear to me. If I've violated anything, please let me know and I'll edit or take this blog down.)
Hello! I hope you guys are doing well. The figure community has been increasingly blooming and I always enjoy going on mfc to check out daily entries and blogs. I've been a long time regular lurker!
If you guys are interested, I want to share an original project that my friend and I worked hard to create- you are most welcomed to check out more info in this thread: club/72/discuss...
I've previously contributed to a few anime fanbooks, but this is my first time finishing and hosting a big project! The preparation was tedious and stressful, but it was so fun to do something original! As much as I love the realms where fan artists thrive in, I'm even more curious about their own personal concepts and ideas...which they rarely come to light. The way fan artists depict and experiment with other creators' works is already so fascinating...just imagine putting that creativity to their own stuff. So my friend and I worked on this coloring book for the main purpose of self exploration (and for the love of BL)! The satisfaction of putting yourself out there is an interesting but pleasant feeling. Sometimes very clashing and difficult though. haha
I have a question for you guys- Have you ever completed any big personal projects? How did you feel during that long progress? Was it worth it to work on them in the end?
Thank you for reading this long post. :)
